I couldn't wait till Sunday to talk about my Tuesday!!

Well, the day started off at the "dump" and yes I am saying that literally.  We took a trip to the Santa Monica Recycling Center.

I have to say it was quite an interesting trip, and we even made $4.57 by bringing our recycling from the class!!

At 9:30am I was at a recycling center and by 8:30pm.....

I was at the Alternative Apparel Spring/Summer 2012 show.

I had been looking forward to this show for the last week. Alternative has amazing low key essentials that everyone should have in their closet.

Take a look at the Fall/Winter 2011 show.

Even though I can't shop I was excited to see how I was going to re-create my comfy classics for Spring/Summer 2012.

The show started off very promising with a performance by
Ry Cumings.

And than the lights came on and the models came out.....

How could this even come close to making the cut?

REALLY???
White espadrilles, neon zinc on the face, and clothes that looked like they were found in the basement in a box labeled "donate".

The show was less than impressive, but
when you add a fashion show with four girls it makes for an unforgettable evening!!

There was one look (out of 26) that was worth a second look.
Check out look #7 on the video.
(long pink jersey dress with low cut back)

I would love to hear your feedback!!!!
